Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns we don’t fully understand or haven’t been able to change. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by emotions, struggling with food or body image, relying on substances or other ways of coping, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you. You may have worked hard to understand what’s happening or tried different ways to feel better, yet still find yourself returning to the same struggles. Whether you’re navigating trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, substance use, anxiety, depression, or mood concerns, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
My approach integrates mind and body, combining therapeutic work with practical tools for everyday life. I draw from EMDR, ART, IFS-informed work and Somatic Experiencing, plus ACT, DBT, CBT, and other approaches, with an emphasis on shame resilience and self-compassion. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, better understand the patterns shaping your experience, and tailor therapy to what you need to feel more present, connected, and engaged in the life you want to live.
I bring six years in substance use treatment, four years in residential eating disorder treatment, and specialized trauma training. I value meeting each person with curiosity and compassion, respecting their experiences without judgment or assumptions. I know reaching out can feel vulnerable, and our first conversation is a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
